Effective Immediately New Rates & General Studio Policy

 Studio A / Front Studio Room Rental $85/per hour

Important note: (30-minute studio sessions are no longer offered. Studio is only booked by hour.)

All rentals come with the following

·      Only One Basic Backdrop Color usage (Additional Backdrop colors can be rented for $30 per backdrop)

·      C stands are available for usage.

·      Sitting Props in studio A are available for usage.

·      Bluetooth speakers are available to play music during session.

·      TV monitors are available for session.

·      No Lighting Equipment is available for usage (2 Lights can be rented for $100/ One Light $75 an hour. You must email studio management at nfarley@mindblowncreations.com at least 24 hours before your session if you would like to rent lightning equipment.)

Studio B/Back Room Rental $125.00/ per hour

Description: Studio B is our special designed studio with an all-white cyc wall and an all-black modern designed black wall for photography and video moments.

Important General Studio Policy (Read Carefully)

Only Photographers/Videographers with a paid booking reservation from our website or studio management are allowed in the studio for usage. All unauthorized photographers/videographers that enter studio without a booking reservation or permission from management will be banned.

1.        Our studios are rented out by the hour on a first come, first serve bases. If you or your client is late for any reason you still only have the allotted amount time you booked for. It is your responsibility to schedule more time or reschedule for another time. All studio rentals are final, and we offer no refunds or credits on cancellation. We also charge the current studio rates to reschedule all sessions. We do understand things happen and all cases/exceptions will be reviewed by studio management.

2.        After all studio sessions the booking photographer/videographer responsibility to ensure that the studio is restored back to a good and clean state. All props, stands, equipment, etc. should be placed neatly along the outer walls of the studio. All trash should be placed in trash bins and please ensure your clients take all their personal clothes, props and belongings with them. There will be an $30 cleaning fee assessed to all photographers/videographers that fail to adhere to this studio policy. Repeated offenders will be banned from the studio permanently.

3.        All studio back drops, props, and equipment should always be handled with care. If they are damaged during your session, you will be required to pay additional fees to replace those items. If you are unsure how-to setup or work something inside the studio, please contact studio management immediately. All first-time studio users will receive a brief overview from management to help assist with setup properly.

4.        Upon studio booking and reservations you will receive a code to access the studio lockbox key that is located on the door of 860 Pio nono Ave.  The studio location is 856 Pio nono Ave. This code will be active during your studio time and should never be shared.  It will be reactivated if you are a consistent user of our studio location.
